Notice regarding promotional photographs and videos

At Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC, d/b/a Golden Ride Miami, we occasionally take photographs and/or short videos during the provision of our services for promotional, advertising, and passenger experience sharing purposes. Such content may be used solely on our social media, website, and other digital media or internet platforms related to the company.

Participation in this type of content is completely voluntary. If you do not wish to appear in promotional photographs or videos, you may inform our team at any time. However, by booking with us and voluntarily posing for a photograph or video, you authorize Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC, d/b/a Golden Ride Miami, to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute such content for promotional and commercial purposes on social media, the internet, and other digital media of the company, without financial compensation of any kind.

Furthermore, you acknowledge that once content is published on social media, websites, or other digital channels, its complete removal from circulation may not be immediate or entirely possible in all cases, especially when such content has already been viewed, shared, or republished by third parties.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, if at any time you wish us to delete a photograph or video published on our social media or official digital channels, you may directly request it from our team, and we will proceed to remove it from our official platforms within a reasonable timeframe.

By making a reservation and voluntarily participating in promotional photographs or videos, you agree that you have read, understood, and accepted these conditions.
