    How far in advance should I book?

    We recommend you to book at least 24 hours before the service. In high season or weekends, the earlier you book, the greater the availability.

    🌐 Can I book from outside the United States?

    Yes, you can book from any country. We accept international payments and offer support via WhatsApp and email for customers abroad.

    ⏳ Can I order a vehicle with a few minutes notice?

    No. We work exclusively under previous reservation. We require at least 4 hours in advance, and same day availability is not guaranteed.

    🔐 Can I make a reservation with an advance payment?

    Yes, we request a 50% retainer for services less than $$199, and a 30% for services greater than $$200.

    Can I pay cash on arrival?

    No. We do not mobilize vehicles without a confirmed reservation. A down payment of at least 50% is required via secure payment link or transfer via Zelle. The balance can be paid in cash on the day of service.

    🚗 Do you only pick up at the airport?

    We also offer pick-ups from hotels, ports, train stations, restaurants and private addresses.

    🚖 What type of vehicles do you work with?

    We work with XL SUVs for small groups, 12 and 14 passenger vans, and 40 to 54 passenger buses for events and large groups.

    📶 Do your vehicles have Wi-Fi or chargers?

    Some vehicles have Wi-Fi and USB ports. Let us know if this is very important for your trip and we will match you with the right vehicle.

    👥 Can I share the service with another passenger?

    No. All our services are private, exclusive for you or your group. We do not share vehicles with other passengers.

    ✈️ What happens if my flight is early, delayed or cancelled?

    Don't worry. We monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pick-up time at no additional cost.

    🔁 What happens if my flight number or airline changes?

    Let us know as soon as possible. We will update your reservation and continue to track your new flight details.

    📍 Will they be waiting for me with a sign at the airport?

    We will pick you up directly at the door you are leaving from. Just send us the door number and the driver will be there in a few minutes. This system is faster and more efficient. The airport offers free Wi-Fi, and your driver will be in contact with you at all times. If you prefer a meet and greet with a sign in your name, we can do that for an additional charge of $20.

    🚘 How will I identify the driver or vehicle?

    The day before the service we will send you a message with the driver's name, vehicle model and license plate number, along with curbside pick-up instructions.

    📞 What if I can't reach the driver?

    Don't worry, we will contact you as soon as your flight lands. We will contact you as soon as your flight lands. If we do not receive a response within a reasonable time, we will default to the international arrivals area. Wait there if we have not been able to reach you.     ⏳ What happens if I take more than 2 hours to leave the airport?

    This is rare, as we offer up to 2 hours of free waiting time from landing. However, if the wait exceeds that time, we may declare a no show. In that case, we suggest that you request additional waiting time from the driver; a charge of $30 USD will apply for each extra 30 minutes, payable directly to the driver in cash.

    👜 Will the driver help me with my luggage?

    Yes, our drivers provide basic assistance in loading and unloading your luggage.

    📦 Can I carry additional or oversized luggage?

    By default we include standard luggage (1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person). If you are traveling with large items (extra suitcases, instruments, wheelchairs, strollers, etc.), please inform us in advance to assign the appropriate vehicle. Additional charges may apply.

    🐾 Can I travel with my pet?

    Yes, as long as it is a small pet traveling inside a closed kennel or transport bag. You must inform us in advance.

    👶 Do you offer child seats?

    Yes, we include a seat for children under 5 years old at no additional cost. A second seat can be requested for $15 USD, upon reservation.

    🥤 Can I eat or drink in the vehicle?

    No food is allowed. Only water in bottles with secure caps is allowed, in order to maintain cleanliness for all passengers.

    🚧 Can I make a quick stop along the way?

    Unscheduled stops are not included, but a short stop nearby may be arranged in advance. In that case, an additional charge may apply depending on the time required.

    Yes, as long as we are notified at least 24 hours in advance and there is availability in the new schedule.

    💲 Do I have to pay any additional charges?

    No. The price you are informed is the final value. The only thing not included is the driver's gratuity, which is optional but highly valued.
