We do not mobilize vehicles without confirmed reservation. It is necessary to pay at least 50% in advance by secure payment link, bank transfer or Zelle. The remaining balance can be paid in cash to the driver on the day of service.

We only work with hourly services for events, due to the difficulty of entering the place where the event takes place.

Yes, we have minibuses and coach buses to transport student groups to field trips, academic competitions or extracurricular activities. All our vehicles comply with safety standards and are in perfect condition.

Some of our vehicles have Wi-Fi connection and USB ports for charging devices. Please indicate your preference when booking and we will assign you the appropriate vehicle.

Don't worry: we monitor your flight in real time and adjust the pick-up time at no additional cost. If your flight changes terminal or airline, let us know as soon as possible to update your reservation.

By default, we will pick you up curbside at your assigned arrival gate. Send us the gate or terminal number and the driver will come to you. If you prefer Meet & Greet service (which includes a sign with your name on it at the arrival area), it has an additional cost of $20 USD (SUV/Van) or a value previously established with you, for bus services.

Domestic flights: up to 1 hour from landing.

International flights: up to 2 hours from landing.

Hotel pick-up: 15 minutes courtesy.

Port pick-up: up to 1 hour from the agreed time.

Normally for groups, we arrive at the airport 30 minutes after the arrival of the plane, to offer more time to the group while they go through all the filters.

An additional service charge will be made for each hour of waiting time, but don't worry, this does not usually happen.

Yes, our drivers provide basic assistance in loading and unloading your luggage, whether at airports, hotels or residences.

The standard rate includes 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person. If you are traveling with extra luggage, instruments, wheelchairs, strollers or bulky items, please let us know in advance so we can assign a vehicle with sufficient space. Additional charges may apply depending on the number and size of items.

Yes, please allow one small pet traveling in a kennel or closed transport bag. You must inform us at least 24 hours in advance.

We disinfect and thoroughly clean each vehicle before and after each service. We have reinforced hygiene protocols to guarantee safety and comfort.

There is no distance limit within the Miami-Dade metropolitan area. As long as the trip occurs within the county limits (e.g. Coral Gables, Kendall, Homestead), no zone charges apply. If you wish to go outside of Miami-Dade, an additional cost will be assessed based on distance and extra time.

During these high demand events, we recommend booking at least 2-3 weeks in advance. We can coordinate additional fleets for your group and offer contingency plans in case of road congestion.
