You can also book online with a deposit of USD 15 per person. The remaining balance of USD 35 per person must be paid upon boarding.
Passengers who prefer to pay the full amount at the time of boarding must do so in cash.
We do not accept credit card payments at the time of boarding. Card payments must be completed in advance via the website or through a secure payment link, when available.
This shared Everglades tour includes transportation and scheduled activity only from selected areas. It does not include private transportation, custom pick-ups, luggage transfers, or service from any South Florida location.
Meals and drinks are not included in the tour price. Restrooms and basic food or snack options may be available at the park, but their availability depends on the park's operations.
Large suitcases are not allowed on the shared Everglades tour. Small personal bags are accepted.

Pick-up is included at hotels in Miami Beach (Collins Avenue) and Downtown Miami (Holiday Inn Downtown and Bayside Marketplace).
We pick up passengers exclusively in these areas: Downtown Miami and Miami Beach. If you are staying in another area, we will gladly provide you with a time and meeting point for you to go to. We can also coordinate a private transportation service to take you to the meeting point, if you require it.
In Miami Beach, pickups are between 8:30 am and 9:30 am (depending on your location on Collins Avenue). In Downtown Miami, pickup is at 9:55 am at the Holiday Inn and at 10:00 am at Bayside Marketplace. Please review the map at the top of this section.
