Payment terms

No additional overnight charges apply

No additional charges apply for nightly services on hourly transportation to Hard Rock Stadium.

The hourly rate booked remains the same within the reserved block, even if the event ends overnight.

Weather conditions

• Minimum required: 5 hours.
• The contracted time begins from the scheduled pick-up time.
• The service ends when the passenger releases the vehicle or when the reserved time is up.
• The value per additional hour will be the same as the initially contracted hourly rate.
• Additional time is charged in 30-minute increments.
• Each additional 30-minute block is charged at 50% of the contracted hourly rate.
• If the passenger uses fewer hours than contracted, the total reserved amount must be paid in full, as the vehicle and driver were previously scheduled for that period.

Access, Traffic, and Parking at Events

During high-demand events, vehicle access may depend on street closures, security, police, traffic, authorized zones, and stadium operations.

The driver will do their best to get as close as safely and legally possible, but it may not always be feasible to reach the exact event entrance.

If the client provides designated parking where the driver can wait, the vehicle may remain in that spot until the event concludes and the passenger returns to the car.
