For pickups at Port Everglades, the passenger must notify us when they have finished disembarking and have their luggage. We then coordinate the vehicle's approach according to the terminal, port operations, and passenger instructions.
For services from Miami Airport or from the Miami Cruise Port to Fort Lauderdale, we will send instructions before the service for clear and orderly pickup.
Once the passenger has their luggage and shares their exact location, we coordinate the vehicle's approach according to airport or port operations.
After the grace period, additional time is charged at USD 30 per 30 minutes.
Services between 10:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. have a night fee of USD 20.
A 50% deposit is required before proceeding with the reservation.
