We offer private transfers within the touristic, financial, and urban areas of Miami. For destinations outside this area, please check coverage and pricing before booking.

For other destinations within the general service area—from Kendall to the south, Fort Lauderdale to the north, and Dolphin Mall/Doral to the west—a custom quote is required based on the route, schedule, passengers, luggage, and vehicle category.

If you are traveling with extra luggage, baby strollers, foldable wheelchairs, shopping, boxes, or bulky items, please indicate this before booking to confirm the most suitable vehicle.

The listed rates include:

• 1 checked bag (23 kg) per person.
• 1 carry-on bag per person.

If you are traveling with additional luggage, strollers, foldable wheelchairs, shopping, boxes, or oversized items, please indicate this before confirming your booking to verify available space.

Child safety seats for private transportation in Miami

The first child seat or booster is included at no additional cost, upon request and subject to availability.

Each additional unit, starting from the second one, costs USD 20.

Pickup and service arrangements

To book, please provide the date, time, exact addresses, number of passengers, luggage, and child seats. If applicable, add the flight number or ship name. You will receive meeting instructions before the service. At the airport, collect your luggage and let us know your exit door or zone to coordinate the vehicle's approach.

Waiting time and additional conditions

Complimentary waiting time

• International flights: up to 2 hours from when the plane lands or from the time indicated by the passenger.
• Domestic flights: up to 1 hour from when the plane lands or from the time indicated by the passenger.
• Ports: up to 1 hour from the agreed time.
• Hotels, residences, train station, or vacation rentals: up to 15 minutes from the agreed time.

Regular transfers include up to 15 minutes of free waiting time at hotels and residences, calculated from the agreed pickup time, for passengers to come out and board the vehicle.

For other pickups on regular transfers, after the applicable grace period, the first 15 minutes do not generate an additional charge. From minute 16 onwards, a full additional hour is charged according to the hourly rate of the booked vehicle.

Nighttime service

Services performed between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m. are subject to a USD 30 nighttime surcharge per service.

This charge applies to private transportation services in Miami during nighttime or early morning hours due to the driver's operational availability and special service coordination.

Payment and confirmation

You can choose a 50% advance or the full payment (100%). The remaining balance remains due. The confirmation of the reservation is subject to availability.

You can pay with a credit or debit card on the website or via a payment link. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, and Wise; request the instructions from our team.

Credit or debit card, Venmo, and Wise: 4 % processing fee. Zelle: no surcharge.

Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance require manual availability confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

For SUV and VAN services, cancellations made at least 48 hours in advance receive a full refund; cancellations made less than 48 hours in advance are nonrefundable. For minibus and coach services: at least 14 days, full refund; 7 to 13 days, 50% refund; less than 7 days, nonrefundable. No-shows and unused services are nonrefundable.
