Before leaving
Send us the date, the number of travelers, the Miami address, and the times you prefer. We will confirm a viable plan to complete the round trip in one day.
On the way
Reasonable stops are agreed upon in advance. If a stop considerably changes the route or service time, it may require a new quote.
In Key West
We drop you off in a central location and you explore the city on your own. The vehicle leaves upon arrival and returns at the agreed-upon time to take you to Miami.
A clear itinerary to make the most of your day
The service is booked as a round-trip private transport on the same day. The vehicle does not remain at your disposal within Key West nor does it function as an hourly chauffeur.
The departure address, the stops, the meeting point, and the return time must be confirmed in writing. Keep your phone available and arrive promptly at the meeting point for the return trip.
An option for couples, families, and groups
You can book the first tier even if one or two people are traveling: the price is for the exclusive vehicle for your group. Please share the amount of luggage and any special needs to confirm the appropriate vehicle.
If 15 people or more are traveling, request a quote for multiple vehicles, a minibus, or a bus. Activities and meals in Key West are organized separately.

Booking, payments and cancellation
50% Advance Payment
Confirm availability with the team and pay the 50% deposit to reserve the date and vehicle. The balance of the 50% is due on the day of service.
Payment methods
Zelle does not charge any additional fees. Credit or debit cards, Venmo, and Wise charge a 4% processing fee. Coordinate the payment with the team through a secure channel.
Cancellation with 48 hours notice
Cancel at least 48 hours prior to pickup for a full refund of the amount paid. Cancellations within 48 hours prior and no-shows are non-refundable.

Does the driver take me between the Key West attractions?
No. The vehicle leaves after dropping you off and returns for the agreed-upon return trip. Local transfers and hourly service are not included.
Is the vehicle shared with other passengers?
No. It is reserved exclusively for the people in your group.
Is the price per person?
No. Each rate corresponds to the vehicle for the indicated passenger range, with round trip.
How do I request availability?
Send us the date, number of passengers, pickup address, requested time, and luggage. The itinerary is confirmed in writing.
