• No-shows and unused services are nonrefundable.
• Each passenger must be at Primark at least 10 minutes before the return.
• If a passenger arrives late to the pickup point, they will forfeit their service.
• If a passenger arrives late to the meeting point for the return trip at Sawgrass Mills Mall, they will forfeit their seat and will need to arrange and pay for their own transportation back.
• Each passenger must return at the same time they initially booked.
• Luggage exceeding the published limit must be disclosed before booking and is subject to space confirmation.

What is not included in the shared service

Shared service does not include:

• Water.
• Food or beverages.
• Optional gratuity for the driver.
• Custom pickups outside of established zones.
• Left personalized outside the established route.
• Pick-ups or drop-offs at different points within the mall that do not correspond to the assigned meeting point.

Reservations, availability, and cancellations

• The reservation is valid only for the day purchased.
