The tour begins in Downtown Miami and continues through Miami Beach, with pickups along Collins Ave from 1st Street to 75th Street. The last pickup point is at North Shore Public Library, located at 7501 Collins Ave, Miami Beach.

In some cases, we can also pick up at hotels located on Washington Ave and James Ave, always subject to prior confirmation and proximity to the main route.

Although other transportation options exist, such as taxis, rideshares, or rental cars, we don't typically recommend them for this route if you're looking for a more practical, predictable, and affordable option for same-day round trips. In most cases, shared transportation proves to be the best alternative. Areas where we do collect

• Hotels and lodging located on Collins Ave, from 1st Street to 75th Street.
• Some hotels on Washington Ave and James Ave, upon confirmation.

Areas where we do not collect

• Miami Airport (MIA).
• Doral.
• Brickell.
• Hallandale.
• Hollywood.
• Sunny Isles.
• Internal streets such as Alton Rd. and others that are not on Collins Ave.

If the passenger is in one of these zones, they must proceed to an approved meeting point or a hotel located on Collins Ave.

How to book

• Please provide the full name of the hotel or the exact address.
• Avoid writing only a general reference like «45 and Collins.» With the name or address, we can confirm if we'll pass by your hotel or assign you a nearby meeting point.
• Please provide a mobile number, with or without WhatsApp, to coordinate the approximate pick-up time and send you instructions.
• Choose your departure time, and remember that the return will be on the same shift.
• Last-minute reservations, especially overnight ones, must be managed directly with one of our representatives to confirm availability.
• We also accept reservations in advance to secure your spot.

Reservation and cancellation policy

• Cancellation more than 48 hours in advance: full refund if prepaid.
• Cancellation with less than 48 hours' notice: non-refundable.
• All sales are final within that period.
