SUVs and Vans:
Cancellation up to 48 hours before the service: reimbursement of 100 % of the deposit.
Cancellation within 48 hours: no refund.
Minibus and Coach Bus:
Cancellation at least 2 weeks in advance: reimbursement of 100 %.
Cancellation at least 1 week in advance: reimbursement of 50 %.
To reschedule a date or time, contact us as soon as possible: we adapt your service according to availability.
🎫 9. Meet & Greet Service
Available for an additional charge:
SUVs and Vans: $ 20 USD
Minibus and Coach Bus: 10 % of total value of service
The driver will be waiting for you in the arrivals area with a sign with your name on it, making it easier to find you and speeding up your transfer.

First child seat: no additional cost (upon request).

We require a 50% retainer for services totaling less than $199 USD. For services of $200 USD or more, the required deposit is 30%. This guarantees your reservation, and the balance is paid according to the payment policies.
We do not mobilize vehicles without confirmed reservation. It is necessary to pay at least 50% in advance by secure payment link, bank transfer or Zelle. The remaining balance can be paid in cash to the driver on the day of service.

By default, we will pick you up curbside at your assigned arrival gate. Send us the gate or terminal number and the driver will come to you. The standard rate includes 1 large suitcase + 1 carry-on per person. There is no distance limit within the Miami-Dade metropolitan area. As long as the trip occurs within the county limits (e.g. Coral Gables, Kendall, Homestead), no zone charges apply. If you wish to go outside of Miami-Dade, an additional cost will be assessed based on distance and extra time.
