Private transfer rates

Prices for point-to-point transfers in the Miami area
The quoting tool calculates the price of direct private services within Miami based on the route and the vehicle. The amount corresponds to the entire group, not per person.

Hourly rates for private transportation
The following rates correspond to services contracted by the hour. The general minimum reservation is 5 hours. For events, concerts, and special activities, the minimum is 6 hours, with exceptions depending on the event that are confirmed before booking.
- Full-size SUV for 1 to 5 passengers: USD 100 per hour
- Platinum SUV for 1 to 5 passengers: USD 140 per hour
- VAN up to 9 passengers: USD 120 per hour
- VAN for up to 14 passengers: USD 140 per hour
For special tours, large events, or services outside our usual area, we also create personalized proposals according to the required logistics.

- The first child seat or booster is included upon request. Each additional seat from the second one costs USD 20.

Pickup and service arrangements
To book, please provide the date, time, exact addresses, number of passengers, luggage, and child seats. If applicable, add the flight number or ship name. You will receive meeting instructions before the service. At the airport, collect your luggage and let us know your exit door or zone to coordinate the vehicle's approach.
Waiting time and additional conditions
Complimentary waiting time
- International flights: up to 2 hours wait from landing
- Domestic flights: up to 1 hour of waiting after landing
- Pickups at hotels or residences: up to 15 minutes
- Cruise port: up to 1 hour from the indicated time
Regular transfers include up to 15 minutes of free waiting time at hotels and residences, calculated from the agreed pickup time, for passengers to come out and board the vehicle.
For other pickups on regular transfers, after the applicable courtesy time, the first additional 15 minutes are free of charge. From the 16th minute onwards, an additional full hour is charged according to the hourly rate of the booked category.
Additional Services
- Meet & Greet: USD 80, upon request and confirmation
- Additional child seat or booster: USD 20 per unit from the second one onwards
- Services performed between 9:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m.: USD 30 night surcharge per service
- Important route adjustments or extra stops: under prior evaluation
Payment and confirmation
You can choose a 50% advance or the full payment (100%). The remaining balance remains due. The confirmation of the reservation is subject to availability.
You can pay with a credit or debit card on the website or via a payment link. We also accept Zelle, Venmo, and Wise; request the instructions from our team.
Credit or debit card, Venmo, and Wise: 4 % processing fee. Zelle: no surcharge.
Reservations made less than 24 hours in advance require manual availability confirmation.

Hourly private service
If your group needs to make several stops, move between different locations, or have the vehicle for part of the day, hourly service is usually the best option. It's a very practical choice for city tours, shopping, meetings, weddings, corporate activities, and personalized transportation. For those planning events or conferences, it's also useful to know about venues like the Miami Beach Convention Center.
SUV and van services
- Cancellation at least 48 hours in advance: full refund.
- Cancellation within 48 hours of service: Non-refundable
Minibus and bus services
- Cancellation with 14 days or more in advance: full refund
- Cancellation 7 to 13 days in advance: 50% refund
- Cancellation less than 7 days in advance: non-refundable
No-shows and unused services are nonrefundable.
If you need to change the time or date, let us know as soon as possible; any changes are subject to availability and the confirmed conditions.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I book from outside the United States?
Yes, we accept international payments and coordinate by WhatsApp or email.
Are eating or drinking allowed in the vehicle?
Water in capped bottles and, when arranged in advance, light snacks are allowed. Heavy food and chewing gum are not permitted.
