This is a shared service. Out of respect for other passengers and the scheduled operation, we will not be able to wait for passengers who arrive late.

• If a passenger arrives late to the pickup point, they will forfeit their service.
• If a passenger arrives late to the meeting point for the return trip at Sawgrass Mills Mall, they will forfeit their seat and will need to arrange and pay for their own transportation back.
• Each passenger must return at the same time they initially booked.
• We reserve the right to cancel the service if the passenger shows up with more luggage than allowed.
