• If a passenger arrives late to the pickup point, they will forfeit their service.
• If a passenger arrives late to the meeting point for the return trip at Sawgrass Mills Mall, they will forfeit their seat and will need to arrange and pay for their own transportation back.
• Each passenger must return at the same time they initially booked.
• We reserve the right to cancel the service if the passenger shows up with more luggage than allowed.

What is not included in the shared service

Shared service does not include:

• Water.
• Food or beverages.
• Tip for the driver.
• Private or personalized ride-share type service.
• Custom pickups outside of established zones.
• Left personalized outside the established route.
• Pick-ups or drop-offs at different points within the mall that do not correspond to the assigned meeting point.

Reservations, availability, and cancellations
