By using the services of Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read this information carefully. If you do not agree to these terms, we ask that you refrain from using our services.
Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC offers private and shared transportation services to and from various destinations including, but not limited to, Miami Airport, Port of Miami, Key West, Sawgrass Mills Mall and other tourist spots in and around Miami. We also offer passenger transportation services and luxury limousine services for clients seeking comfort and exclusivity.
In some cases, Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC subcontracts third party services or contracts vehicles with reliable suppliers for private services to ensure a smooth and high quality experience. These suppliers are directly responsible for the safety and condition of the vehicle, as well as having the necessary permits and supplies to operate. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is not responsible for services provided by third parties or any inconveniences derived from them.
Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is duly registered and licensed under the Passenger Transportation Services and Limo Services permits, in addition to being licensed as a Seller of Travel (FLA. SELLER OF TRAVEL REF. NO. ST43041), which allows us to offer both private transportation services and tour packages coordinated with third parties.
Payments: The service must be paid in full prior to performance, unless special conditions have been agreed to allow partial payment. In certain cases, it is required to pay between 30% and 50% in cash directly to the driver, especially in private transportation services.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations can be made up to 48 hours prior to the date of service without penalty. Later cancellations will not be refunded.
The passenger is responsible for providing correct information during the booking process, including pick-up addresses, flight schedules and number of passengers. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is not responsible for errors resulting from incorrect information provided by the client.
In the case of private services, the passenger is responsible for paying directly to the driver any additional charges related to modifications or extra services not included in the original reservation.
The vehicles used are top of the line and are maintained in excellent condition. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC may also use subcontracted or rented vehicles specifically for private services, being directly responsible for their safety, condition and corresponding permits.
Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC does not verify or assume any responsibility for the permits, licenses or insurance of subcontracted drivers.
Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is not responsible for any incident, accident, damage, loss, theft or injury occurring during the service, except where liability is directly attributable to Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC or its employees. This includes, but is not limited to:
Accidents or damages occurred during the trip.
Losses related to activities or services provided by third parties.
Delays or changes in the itinerary due to weather conditions, traffic or external causes.
Additional services such as Meet and Greet, child seats or other extras must be requested and paid for at the time of booking. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC coordinates such services but is not responsible for failures or modifications made by outside vendors.
In some cases, Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC may subcontract parts of the service to third parties or hire additional vehicles for private services. Such providers are directly responsible for their services and must comply with all regulations in force in the state of Florida by the year 2025. Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is not responsible for subcontracted services or for damages, delays or failures caused by third parties.
Third party suppliers may include, but are not limited to, transportation companies, tour guides and activity providers. While Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC verifies that they have the permits and insurance required by Florida law, it assumes no liability for damages caused by their actions.
This agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, U.S.A., and any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
Miami Beach Tours and Services ACS LLC is committed to protecting your privacy. The personal information provided during the reservation will be used exclusively to manage the reservation and guarantee the service. We do not share or sell information to third parties.
