What does this service consist of?
Our private chauffeur service consists of picking you up from your hotel, residence or place of your choice and transporting you to your first destination. The driver will wait nearby and when you have finished your activity, we proceed to transport you to your next destination and the process will be repeated as many times as you wish, during the time you have hired us. At the end, we will drop you off at the starting point, or wherever you request.
Please note that we will not make transfers for third parties while we are waiting for you. In that case, we can offer you another vehicle with another driver for your guests.
What is the payment method?
We have two options for you:

Can you suggest places to visit?
Yes, if you wish. You are free to direct us wherever you have planned, but we can also suggest interesting tourist sites, restaurants, bars, etc.
You are free to decide how many stops you want to make and where you want to go.
Can I travel far?
No, we have other services for those requirements. For example: you will not be able to ask our driver to go to West Palm Beach or Naples. His area of movement will be Miami Dade County and sometimes Fort Lauderdale.
How long can the driver wait for me at each stop?
You can take as much time as you wish, as our driver will be happy to wait. As long as it is within the contracted time frame.
What happens if I go over the agreed time?
You will have to pay an additional time per hour or fraction thereof similar to the time you initially contracted, after 20 minutes. For example: an additional $60 if you are driving in a Chevrolet Suburvan or $30 if you are driving in a minivan.
Is there a limit to the number of stops?
No. You can make as many stops as you wish.
What is included in the hourly rate?
Fuel, tolls, taxes and transportation services.
Does not include driver's gratuity.
Can I cancel my booked service?
Yes, but if you want a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours before the start date of the activity. Otherwise, you will not get a refund.
The money will be reimbursed in a maximum of 5 days, minimum 3 days.
Can I make reservations for evening hours?
Yes, but the rate will be increased by 30%.
Can this service include airport pick-up?
No, the service always departs from your hotel or residence and yes, it can end at the airport.
