Yes, to secure your reservation we ask for a deposit of 50%. This is the only way we can assign vehicle and driver with guaranteed availability.
Cancellation free of charge up to 72 hours before the start of the program. After that time, the service is non-refundable.
No. The service cannot start without at least a 50% down payment. The balance can be paid on the day of service (even in cash), but never all of it upon arrival of the vehicle.
Any fraction >15 minutes counts as 1 full hour at the same contracted value. Additional hours are paid in cash to the driver upon completion.

We work mainly with curbside pickup at the airport. Upon landing, exit through any gate, send us the gate number, and the driver will pick you up in a few minutes.
