• You will need to schedule online via WhatsApp or via email. 
• Payment can be made online or at the time of boarding the vehicle, but the reservation must be generated in advance. At least overnight, due to space limitations.
• According to the schedule you choose, you will be picked up at your hotel and transported to the Mall. Then, we will return for you at the agreed time. 
• Please remember to be ready at least 10 minutes before the scheduled time to avoid missing your return transfer. We kindly ask that you be punctual, as out of respect for other passengers, we will not wait.
• You will be dropped off at the same place you were picked up in the morning.

Private service from: $180.00 per family group per round-trip.

• You choose the schedule that suits you and your needs.
• You will be transported in a spacious vehicle for up to 7 passengers, equipped with air conditioning, background music, leather seats and with cables and adapters to charge your mobile devices. Normally a Black SUV luxury vehicle, but may vary depending on availability at the time of booking.
• We offer pick-ups in any area of Miami Beach, Miami, Brickell, Downtown Miami, Coral Gables, Sunny Isles, Miami Airport, Doral and Aventura. For other areas, we must analyze on a case by case basis.
• You will be dropped off at the same place where you were picked up.
• You have the availability to change the schedule, always giving us enough time to plan the pick-up (at least two hours).

Cancellation policy:

If you wish to receive a full refund, please cancel your reservation at least 48 hours prior to the start date of the activity. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit.
