Prices and general conditions

• Fare: USD 35 per person (round trip).
• Children under 2 years of age: free of charge, as long as they travel on their parents' lap and do not occupy a seat.
• No discounts are applied based on the number of people: the price is per passenger.
• Each passenger must travel and return at the same reserved time.

Description of service and route

This service is a shared shuttle service by minibus (round trip) to Sawgrass Mills Outlet.
Ideal for those looking for a shuttle from South Beach, Mid Beach or North Beach without hiring a private service.

Pick-up route

• Starts at Holiday Inn Port of Miami - Downtown (340 Biscayne Blvd.), across from Bayside Marketplace.
• Continue on MacArthur Causeway.
• Enter Miami Beach from 5th Street.
• Picks up passengers along Collins Ave, from 1st Street to 75th Street.
• Ends at North Shore Public Library (7501 Collins Ave, Miami Beach).

In some cases, we can also pick up at hotels located on Washington Ave and James Ave,
subject to prior confirmation and close proximity to the main route.

Shuttle schedules

Passage times are approximate and depend on traffic.
No change of return shift is allowed: each passenger must return at the same reserved time.

First schedule (Monday through Friday only)

• First pick-up in Downtown: 08:10.
• Walk down Collins Ave to North Shore Public Library (7501 Collins Ave).
• Last approximate pick up: 09:30.
• Return from Sawgrass Mills: 17:00.

Second schedule (every day / only schedule on weekends)

• First pick-up in Downtown: 08:10.
• Walk down Collins Ave to North Shore Public Library (7501 Collins Ave).
• Last approximate pick-up time: 10:40 a.m.
• Return from Sawgrass Mills:
  • Monday to Saturday: 21:00.
  • Sunday: 20:00.

Collection areas and non-covered areas

Areas where we do collect

• Hotels and lodging located on Collins Ave, from 1st Street to 75th Street.
• Some hotels on Washington Ave and James Ave, upon confirmation.

Areas where we do not collect

• Miami Airport (MIA).
• Doral.
• Brickell.
• Hallandale, Hollywood, Sunny Isles.
• Internal streets such as Alton Rd. and others that are not on Collins Ave.

If the passenger is in these areas, he/she must travel to the meeting point or to a hotel on Collins Ave.
The same applies if you are staying on streets near Collins (such as Alton Rd.): you will need to walk or transfer to Collins Ave.

What is included in the shared shuttle

• Shared round trip transportation in air-conditioned minibus.
• Pick up at Holiday Inn Port of Miami and selected hotels on Collins Ave.
  (and eventually Washington / James Ave, operation permitting).
• Transfer to Sawgrass Mills Outlet and return to Miami Beach / Downtown.
• One piece of luggage per passenger up to 23 kg in the luggage compartment.
• Possibility of carrying a folding baby stroller for transporting infants.

What is not included and restrictions

• No beverages or food are offered on board.
• The vehicle does not have WiFi.
• Pets are not allowed in this shared service.
• There is no tour guide inside the mall.
• No schedule or shift changes are allowed on the same day.
• Additional off-route stops and custom detours are not included.

Luggage, children and strollers

• Baggage allowance: 1 bag up to 23 kg per passenger.
• Children: Children under 2 years of age travel free of charge on their parents' lap.
• Infant carts: allowed as long as they can be folded for storage in the trunk.

Methods of payment

• Effective upon boarding: you can pay the USD 35 per person directly when boarding the minibus.
• Credit card via payment link (manual reservation):
  a representative can send you a secure payment link. It is coordinated by WhatsApp, phone or mail.
• Credit card on the website:
  you can pay directly in the booking engine. 

It is not possible to pay by credit card when boarding the vehicle.

How to book the shuttle

1. Indicate the full name of the hotel or the exact address.
   Avoid putting only “45th and Collins”. With the name or address we will confirm if we come to your hotel.
   or we assign a meeting point nearby.
2. Provide a cell phone number (with or without WhatsApp), essential to coordinate the approximate time.
   and send you instructions on the day of service.
3. Choose and respect the time of departure and return.
   Please note that the return will be in the same shift.
4. Last minute reservations (overnight):
   only accepted manually by contacting one of our representatives.
   The booking engine may not allow overnight purchases to avoid overbooking.
5. Reservations in advance:
   We accept reservations weeks or months in advance to secure your place.

Cancellation Policy

• More than 48 hours in advance: reimbursement of 100 % of the value paid.
• Less than 48 hours: the full value of the reservation is lost.

All sales are final and these conditions apply without exception.

Private service to Sawgrass Mills (SUV - up to 6 people)

If you prefer a more comfortable and flexible experience, we offer a private service ideal for families.

Private service - USD 200 per group (up to 6 persons)

• Private transfer round trip in luxury SUV XL (up to 6 passengers).
• Pick up and drop off at your hotel or apartment (Brickell, Doral, Sunny Isles, Downtown, Miami Beach, etc.).
• Flexible schedules, defined by you.
• Private vehicle with air conditioning and space for luggage and shopping.
• Bilingual driver (Spanish - English), professional and friendly.
• Fixed price: USD 200 per group (up to 6 people).
• Estimated travel time: about 40 minutes (depending on traffic).

Private service booking conditions

• 50 % down payment to confirm the reservation.
• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the service.
