• Payment method: 30% Down payment through a payment link. The remaining balance can be paid in cash on the day the service is provided.

You will be picked up from your hotel and transported comfortably and safely to your chosen destination within the commercial or tourist areas of Miami and/or Miami Beach.

The most important highlight of this service is the comfort you’ll enjoy while traveling privately. You won’t have to share the space with 50 other passengers, dealing with videos, movies, music, and conversations that likely don’t interest you. Not to mention the odors—keep in mind that Miami and Orlando have a tropical climate… 

On the contrary, when traveling with us, you can request the driver to play your favorite music, adjust the air conditioning to your preference, retrieve something from your luggage that you forgot and need, or even make a stop along the route if necessary.This is something that you cannot request on a bus or a train.

Before booking:

• This is a private transportation service from Orlando to Miami from hotels located in Orlando and Kissimmee, to the Miami airport, Miami Port, Miami Beach, Brickell, etc.
• Trips are conducted in standard minivans or SUVs.
• The schedule is up to you, however, we suggest traveling in the morning to avoid the high traffic in the afternoon.
• All our drivers are bilingual (Spanish - English).
• The average travel time is 3 1/2 hours, depending on the day and time.
• The service is direct from point A to point B, with a single stop of up to 15 minutes if you wish to stretch your legs, use the restroom, etc.

Important notes:

• Transfers between 18:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., have an additional surcharge of $50.00 per transfer for special night services.

• Children under 5 years old must be seated in a child seat, please request it when booking.

• The reservation is valid for the day purchased only.

• We do not provide refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the service begins. 

• Does not include driver's tip.

Cancellation policy:

• If you wish to receive a full refund, you must request it at least 48 hours before the service begins. Otherwise, you will forfeit your deposit. Please remember that we schedule our drivers and vehicles in advance to ensure punctuality, cleanliness, and safety.
