You will be picked up from your hotel and transported in a very comfortable and safe way to the place of your choice in the commercial or touristic area of Miami and/or Miami Beach.

The most important thing to highlight about this service is the comfort you will have when traveling privately. You will not have to share the same space with 50 other passengers, listening to videos, movies, music and conversations that surely do not interest you. Not to mention the smells, considering that Miami and Orlando have tropical climates...

On the contrary, when traveling with us, you can ask the driver to play your favorite music, to raise or lower the level of the air conditioning, to allow you to take some of your luggage that you forgot and need, and if necessary: to make a stop along the route. This can NOT be requested on board a bus or train.

Before booking:

• This is a private transportation service from hotels located in Orlando and Kissimmee, to the Miami airport, Port of Miami, Miami Beach, Brickell, etc.
• Trips are conducted in standard minivans or SUVs.
• The schedule is up to you, however, we suggest traveling in the morning to avoid the high traffic in the afternoon.
• All our drivers are bilingual (Spanish - English).
• The average travel time is 3 1/2 hours, depending on the day and time.
• The service is direct from point A to B, with a single stopover of up to 15 minutes, if you wish to stop to stretch your legs, go to the bathroom, etc.

Important notes:

• Transfers between 6:00 p.m. and 7:00 a.m., have an additional surcharge of $50 per transfer for special night services.

• Children under 5 years old must be seated in a child seat, please request it when making your reservation.

• The reservation is valid only for the day purchased.

• We do not give refunds on cancellations less than 48 hours before the start of the service. 

• Does not include driver's gratuity.

Cancellation policy:

• If you wish to be reimbursed in full, you must apply at least 48 hours before the start date of the activity. Otherwise, you will lose the totality of your deposit. Remember that we schedule our drivers and vehicles well in advance to ensure punctuality, clean and safe vehicles.
