For trips from Orlando to Miami, the advance payment we require is 100%, since we always depart from Miami Beach.

Cancellation policy:

If you wish to receive a full refund, you must cancel at least 48 hours prior to the start date of the activity.

We are one or two people. Will it be the same price?

Please note that we do NOT offer shared services from Miami to Orlando or vice versa.

This service has a price of $500 USD for the whole family group, whether one, two, or up to five people. If you travel alone or as a couple, you will pay the same value, because it is the same travel time, same vehicle, same tolls, same hourly rate for the guide, etc.

Are we 6 or 7 passengers, can we travel in an SUV?

Yes, but it depends on the amount of luggage you bring with you. If you will only bring hand luggage, you will be able to travel very comfortably in an XL SUV. Otherwise, we can gladly quote you for a 12 or 14 passenger VAN type vehicle.

Can I pay in cash when I arrive in Miami?

No, we cannot mobilize our vehicles or our guides without a firm reservation. However, we work with reservations of 30% in advance through a payment link. This way you can pay the difference in cash the day you get the service.

How long will the trip take?

Travel time depends on that day's traffic, schedule, weather conditions, etc.

The average time for a private trip from Miami to Orlando is 3 1/2 hours, under normal conditions.

What happens if my flight is early, delayed or cancelled?

There is nothing to worry about. We permanently monitor your flight and in the event of cancellations or delays, we will arrange for your guide to modify the schedule and pick you up at the airport.

How long will you wait for me while I go through immigration and claim my luggage?

Our lead time is the longest in the industry.

On domestic flights we wait up to one hour after your flight lands. Normally the passenger departs in 30 minutes.

On international flights we wait up to two hours after your flight lands. Normally the passenger departs in 60 minutes.

For transportation from your hotel to the airport, we offer a 20 minute wait at the hotel. Normally the passenger is ready when we arrive.

It is important to clarify that our guide will be in contact with you from the day before. We offer service from before your arrival.

Will they wait for me with a sign at the airport?

No, we work under the curbside modality, that is: you leave from any gate and we will pick you up there in a few minutes. We have found this to be the best and fastest way to pick up passengers at the Miami airport. Remember that Miami airport offers free WIFI and our guide will be in contact with you at all times.

Can we make stops?

Yes, you are entitled to a 15 minute stop during the trip. This allows you to go to the restroom, buy something to drink, eat, stretch your legs, etc.

Emergency stop for dizziness, malaise, etc.?
Yes, as many as you need. However, the road to Orlando is first class, without so many curves; it has 3 lanes and offers a great experience to get to know the South Florida environment.

What type of vehicle will I travel in?

Most of our vehicles are SUVs and minivans. They all have 3 rows of seats with 6 or 7 seats plus luggage space, which guarantees you a comfortable and safe ride.
