    1) Reservations, changes and payments 💳

    How far in advance should I book? 🗓️

    The ideal is 24 hours. In high season, the earlier you book, the better availability.

    Can I order a vehicle on short notice? ⏱️

    We work with previous reservation. We require at least 4 hours and the same day is not always guaranteed.

    Can I make a reservation with an advance payment? 💵

    Yes. 50% for services under USD 199 and 30% for USD 200 or more.

    Can I pay cash on arrival? 💸

    Yes: we confirm with advance payment (Zelle or payment link) and the balance can be paid in cash on the day of service.

    Can I modify or cancel the reservation, conditions? 🔄

    With 72 hours or more: refund or rescheduling at no cost. With less than 72 hours, no refund.

    Can I change the pick-up time after booking? 🕘

    With pleasure, 24 hours in advance and subject to availability.

    Is the online payment secure, do you accept Zelle and card link, is there surcharge? 🔒💳

    Yes, we operate with Square and Stripe. We accept Zelle (free of charge) and card payment link (4% surcharge).

    Can I book from outside the United States? 🌎

    Of course. We accept international payments and we attend by WhatsApp and mail.

    2) Meeting with the driver (arrival at MIA) 🚘.

    Do you monitor my flight and adjust the time if it is early or late? 🛰️

    Yes, for your peace of mind, we monitor your flight and will be there when you land.

    My flight was cancelled or diverted - what's going on? 🔁

    If it is not your responsibility, we will reschedule free of charge for the same day, the next day or whenever you arrive.
    If you missed your flight due to your own causes, the service is lost (we can help you schedule a new one).

    Where is the driver waiting for me at MIA, does it include Meet & Greet? 📍

    We operate Curbside: you depart at the gate indicated and we pick you up there. Meet & Greet with sign is not included; it can be requested for USD 20 in International Arrivals.

    I don't have internet/roaming when I land, how do we communicate? 📶❌

    The day before we send clear instructions (meeting point and data). No roaming, go to the agreed point; we will be there.

    How will I identify the driver or vehicle? 👤🚗

    One day before you will receive via text message the name of the driver, model and color.

    What if I can't reach the driver? ☎️

    We also contact you upon landing. If there is no response, we default to International Arrivals. We never leave a passenger behind.

    3) Timing and planning 🕒.

    How much courtesy wait do you include, how is the extra charged? ⏳

    Domestic flights: 1 h after landing
    International flights: 2 h from landing
    Hotel: 15 min courtesy
    Port: 1 h from the agreed time
    Additional waiting is charged at $30 every 30 minutes.

    P.S. We will arrive at the airport 30 minutes after your flight arrives. That gives you an additional 30 minutes of waiting time.

    MIA → Downtown/Miami Beach/PortMiami: ~30 min.

    MIA → Fort Lauderdale: 45-60 min (depending on traffic)

    MIA → Orlando: ~3 h 30 min.

    4) Luggage, children and pets 🧳.

    Does the driver help me with my luggage 🤝?

    Yes, we are happy to provide basic assistance in getting your luggage in and out of the vehicle. We do not enter the hotel for your luggage.

    What baggage capacity is included and do you accept special baggage? 📏

    Includes 1 suitcase of 23 kg + 1 carry-on per person. Baby carriages are allowed. If you bring special luggage (boards, equipment, extra suitcases), please let us know in advance to assign the ideal vehicle; the rate may be adjusted.

    Can I travel with my pet 🐶.

    Yes, small pet in kennel/closed bag. Please let us know in advance.

    Do you offer child seats 👶👶🪑.

    Yes, one seat for children under 5 years old free of charge. Second seat: USD 20 (with reservation).

    Can I eat or drink in the vehicle? 🚫🍔

    To keep everything impeccable, no food is allowed. Only water in bottles with lids.

    On long trips, like Miami → Orlando, we allow snacks and drinks and understand that sometimes crumbs or small debris fall. That's fine. But heavy food, chewing gum, or food that can damage the integrity of the vehicle, is not allowed.

    5) Stops, type of service and fleet 🧭.

    Can I make additional stops? 🛑

    Yes, when they are planned and confirmed; they have an additional cost. We do not make unplanned stops.

    Do you offer shared service? 👥❌

    No. We only provide private services.

    What type of vehicles do you work with? 🚐

    SUV XL and minivans, for small groups; vans 12-14 pax and buses 40-54 pax for groups and events.

    Do you only pick up at the airport? 🏨⚓️🚉🏠

    Also in hotels, ports, stations, restaurants and homes.

    Do you offer service for weddings, congresses or VIP? 💍🎉

    Yes, it will be a pleasure to serve you. Ask for a personalized quotation.

    6) Charges, coverage and transparency 🧾.

    Are there early morning, holiday or after-hours surcharges? 🌙

    Yes, for pick-ups outside regular hours (7:00-22:00): A fee of USD 20 applies for small groups and 10% of the value of the service for groups of more than 6 people. Adjustments may apply for holidays or large events.

    What is your coverage area? 🗺️

    Miami and Fort Lauderdale (Miami-Dade and Broward). For other cities in Florida, we will gladly check availability.

    Do I have to pay any additional charges? ✅

    There are no hidden charges. Possible additional charges: Meet & Greet (USD 20), extra waiting, planned stops and after hours surcharge (USD 20). Tipping is optional and always welcome.
