    Can I pay in cash when I arrive in Miami?

    No, unfortunately we cannot mobilize our vehicles or our guides without a firm reservation. However, we work with reservations of 50% in advance through a payment link. This way you can pay the difference in cash the day you get the service.

    Can I reserve a car to arrive in a few minutes?

    The minimum time we need to schedule a vehicle for you is 4 hours, however, we reserve the right to provide or not the service, as we will depend on the availability of vehicles and drivers.

    Therefore, please consider booking your service with us as soon as possible, so that we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure that the operation you deserve is a success.

    Our punctuality and reliability is our calling card and we don't dare to play with it.

    What happens if my flight is early, delayed or cancelled?

    There is nothing to worry about. We permanently monitor your flight and in the event of cancellations or delays, we will arrange for your guide to modify the schedule and pick you up at the airport.

    How long will you wait for me while I go through immigration and claim my luggage?

    Our lead time is the longest in the industry, we guarantee it.

    On domestic flights we wait up to 60 minutes after your flight lands. Normally the passenger departs in 30 minutes.

    On international flights we wait up to 120 minutes after your flight lands. Normally the passenger departs in 60 minutes.

    For transportation from your hotel to the airport, we offer a 15 minute wait at the hotel. Normally the passenger is ready when we arrive.

    In ports we offer a wait of up to 60 minutes from the time we have agreed, in which time is considered disembarkation, migration, baggage claim. Normally the passenger departs 15 to 30 minutes before the agreed time.

    It is important to clarify that our guide will be in telephone contact with you (WhatsApp) from the day before. Thus, you will have the tranquility of knowing who is going to go for you and direct information with the guide.

    Will they wait for me with a sign at the airport or port?

    No, we work under the curbside modality, that is: you leave from any gate and we will pick you up there in a few minutes. We have found this to be the best and fastest way to pick up passengers at the Miami airport. Remember that Miami airport offers free WIFI and our guide will be in contact with you at all times.

    Is it safe to pay with a payment link?

    We work with Stripe and Square, the two largest platforms in the United States. Your information is encrypted, i.e. the bank information is shared with the merchant and there is no other intermediary. No one will be able to see your credit card information.

    My trip was cancelled. Will I get a refund of my advance payment?

    Yes, you will receive a 100% refund of your deposit or payment, as long as you have requested it at least 48 hours in advance. The refund will be credited to the same payment method you used to make your reservation.

    We do not offer refunds with less than 48 hours, please consider it.

    I am traveling with a child under 5 years of age. Will I need a seat for him or her?

    Yes, according to Florida law, all children under 5 years of age must ride in an infant seat.

    But don't worry. We will provide you with the first seat at no additional cost. You will have to mention it at the time of your reservation.

    If there are more children, we will charge $15 USD for each additional infant seat.

    Do I have to pay additional taxes or fees?

    No, the rate shown on our website is final. It includes taxes, regular tolls, fuel and the driving service of a bilingual driver (Spanish - English).

    We do NOT include the driver's gratuity, which is not mandatory, but is very much appreciated in the United States and is part of the North American culture. Consider this every time you receive good service.

    We offer private and shared transportation services in Miami Beach for direct passengers, travel agencies and wholesalers.
