After receiving your reservation, we will contact you by mail or message to confirm pick-up time, flight number (if applicable), and other details.

What we offer you is simple, fun and safe aboard our Miami tour bus: we want to show you the most emblematic places in South Florida, where you can learn more about the art, culture and history of this beautiful city.
We will pick you up at your hotel between 8:30 and 9:30 a.m., depending on the time you choose and if you are staying in Miami Beach (on Collins Ave. between 5th and 75th St.), or Downtown Miami (on Biscayne Ave.), otherwise, you will have to go to a meeting point that will be assigned to you once we have processed your reservation. We try to minimize to the maximum the possibility of errors and that is why we do not give general meeting points, but specific and case by case.
We do not pick up passengers in other areas (Doral, Aventura, Airport). However, we do offer pick up service at an additional cost.
Please consider that there are other passengers we must pick up and we promote punctuality and respect as part of our brand. If you overslept or did not leave on time for any reason, you will not get a refund and will forfeit your money. Get ready in advance and be prepared to have a great day.
The form of payment is in advance.
The price of the city tour + boat is $50 USD. The main reason why we ask you to pay in advance is because we need a guarantee that you will not change your mind at the last minute; but we can receive a minimum amount as a down payment to be able to guarantee the service. The difference can be paid to the driver on the day of the tour, when boarding the vehicle.
The reservation is valid only for the day purchased. We make date adjustments no later than 48 hours before the tour starts.
We pick you up at your hotel and drop you off at the same place, if you are staying in Miami Beach (we offer pick up at additional cost in private transportation at any hotel in Miami Dade).
The duration of the complete tour (sea and land) is approximately 6 hours. The boat ride has a duration of one hour and a half.

Yes, but we prefer that you have a firm reservation with a fully paid balance. This way we will avoid unscrupulous people trying to cheat you while you are waiting for us at your hotel or meeting point.
Yes, if your hotel is on Collins Avenue. Otherwise, we will ask you to come to the meeting point closest to your location.
All tours will continue as normal, unless the county or city authorities indicate that there is a risk to your life. In that case, we will reschedule your tour or refund the full value of your reservation.
You can make your reservation up to one year in advance. The minimum time to accept a reservation is 12 hours. If you are interested in scheduling with less time, please contact one of our representatives by WhatsApp to make your reservation manually.
We kindly ask you to wait for the vehicle on the main avenue, because due to the size of the vehicle we cannot easily access ramps or hotel entrances.
