The rest of the payment is to be paid in cash on the day of the service.

No, unfortunately we cannot mobilize our vehicles or our guides without a firm reservation. However, we do work with 50% advance reservations via payment link. This way you can pay the difference in cash the day you get the service.
The minimum time we require to schedule a service is 12 hours. In that time we will be able to schedule a driver and prepare a vehicle for you in most cases. However, we are subject to the availability of the moment, so we suggest booking at least 24 hours in advance for your service.
We are a company that provides pre-scheduled services. In this way we minimize the risk of errors in our operation. Our punctuality and reliability is our calling card and we do not dare to play with it.
There is nothing to worry about. We permanently monitor your flight and in the event of cancellations or delays, we will arrange for your guide to modify the schedule and come for you.

On domestic flights we wait up to 60 minutes from the time your flight lands. Normally you will depart in 30 minutes.
On international flights we wait up to 120 minutes from the time your flight lands. Normally you will depart in 60 minutes.
If you take more than two hours to leave, you will have to pay us an additional $50 USD for extra waiting time.

We do not give no show and leave the passenger behind, therefore this is a mandatory fee to be paid in case this happens.

No, we work under the curbside mode, that is: you leave from any gate and we will pick you up there in a few minutes. We have found this to be the best and fastest way to pick up passengers at the Miami airport. Remember that Miami airport offers free WIFI and our guide will be in contact with you at all times.
